a few blueberries - negligible
coffee - free
lunch:
2 slices turkey - 50 calories
slice of lowfat cheese - 30 calories
lettuce - free
3 clementines - 120 calories
1 oz. cashews - 170 calories
2 snack sized twix + 3 rollos - 160 calories
snack:
lowfat yogurt - 170 calories
dinner:
2 oz. chicken - 100 calories
salad: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber - 50 calories
1 serving canned beans - 120 calories
bite of ground turkey, bite of cheese - 100 calories
total: 1190 calories
