hello lovely readers! Just a quick note before I am off to ballet for the evening. the diet went reasonably well today.
breakfast: 1/2 a cookie - 100 calories
and coffee (no cream or sugar) - free
I know, I know, but I was really busy at work this morning and someone had just baked them and brought them in. Then I realized it was burned and could no longer eat the rest of it. :)
lunch: 2 slices turkey - 50?
with one slice fake cheese - 30 calories
wrapped in lettuce - free
3 clementines - 90 calories
1 ounce cashews (yes I do weigh them) - 170 calories
snack:
one yoplait lemon yogurt - 170 calories
one snack size twix - 50 calories
dinner: taco salad!
small serving ground turkey with mushrooms and onion - 170 calories
lettuce - free
guacamole - 150 calories
just a pinch of cheese - 50 calories
mouth-full of hershey syrup (I couldn't resist) - 100 calories
on the container it says 2 tablespoons is 100 calories, do you think my mouth is 2 tablespoons? I'm going to say so. :)
total calories for the day: 1130
exercise: 1 hour of ballet. very rigorous! i love it though!
I need to renew my driver's license. My birthday is coming up and my license expires in a few weeks. I have to remember to renew it at work tomorrow. It hopefully won't take long if I go to the DMV mid-morning.

Are you drinking lots of water and taking vitamins? It has helped me a whole lot. I get the 30-day multi-pack from Trader Joes. It has about 6-7 pills in individual wrappers. I find it helps with energy a lot!
thats a great idea! don't you just love Trader Joes? we shop there all the time! but yes, I am a huge water drinker and usually take my multi-vitamin in the morning! Thanks for the comment!
